Role Overview
The Manager – Supply Chain Operations will act as a horizontal supply chain integrator, owning end-to-end warehousing and logistics execution across the network. The role is responsible for driving OTIF performance, enforcing SCM norms, strengthening SOP and ERP/WMS discipline, and enabling cross-functional alignment across Sales, Planning, Production, Quality, and NPD teams. This is a high-visibility execution-focused role with strong governance responsibility.
Key Requirments

Own and govern end-to-end warehousing and logistics operations covering FG, RM, PM, inter-plant movements, and both primary & secondary logistics.

Manage freight operations, transporter performance, and logistics execution governance.

Drive cost, service, and execution discipline without direct P&L ownership.

Define and enforce supply chain norms to ensure high OTIF delivery across all channels.

Monitor exceptions, lead root cause analysis, and drive corrective/preventive actions.

Ensure seamless coordination between demand planning, production planning, and dispatch.

Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business goals and demand forecasts

Ensure inventory accuracy, FIFO adherence, ageing control, and management of slow/non-moving inventory.

Strengthen ERP/WMS discipline with robust KPI ownership and reporting cadence.

Lead SOP governance across warehousing and logistics operations.

Act as the SCM SPOC for New Product Development (NPD) and New Product Launch (NPL) initiatives.

Collaborate closely with Sales, Planning, Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to ensure execution readiness.

Support JV initiatives limited to SCM execution and process rollouts.

Build and manage high-performing teams across multi-location operations.
