Our initiatives like Refill More for Linc pens aim to reduce the environmental impact of the writing instrument industry. Our organisation is environmentally compliant with all industry regulations. Our goal is to reduce the impact on the environment caused by plastic by reducing plastic. Linc also maintains greenery in and around its production facilities.

We are SA 8000 certified, which highlights our endeavour to be socially accountable. At Linc, we make every effort possible to conduct business responsibly for the betterment of society. Linc is actively engaging apprentices all across the technical trades. We also recruit visually impaired persons for simple assembly work in factories, with the aim of empowering and providing a livelihood to the specially built. 

Linc is actively reducing plastic being used for packaging by replacing it with environmental-friendly options. The single-use plastic being used in packaging has been replaced with cardboard. Lamination films used in packaging boxes are also getting eliminated. Linc pens that were packed in pouches are now being packed in boxes that are biodegradable. The material used for manufacturing Linc pens uses recycled plastic too in proportion. Linc has been awarded the Extended Producers’ Responsibility (EPR) certificate under which we have taken the onus to ensure the processing of their plastic packaging waste through recycling, re-use or end-of-life disposal.
