Key Requirments

1. Technical Support:
Provide first-line support for software, hardware, and system-related issues.

Monitor system performance and respond to alerts or potential problems in Tally or relevant EPR.
Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
Provide first-line support for software, hardware, and system-related issues.

Maintain and configure user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

3. Documentation and Reporting:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, solutions, and troubleshooting guides.
Log and track issues using a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution.

Communicate technical information to non-technical users in a clear and concise manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with users to understand them needs and enhance satisfaction.
