Key Requirments

  • 1. Technical Support:
    Provide first-line support for software, hardware, and system-related issues.
    Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via email, phone, or in-person.
    Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
  • 2. System Monitoring and Maintenance:
    Monitor system performance and respond to alerts or potential problems in Tally or relevant EPR.
    Perform regular system updates, patches, and backups.
    Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
    Provide first-line support for software, hardware, and system-related issues.
    Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues via email, phone, or in-person.
    Maintain and configure user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
  • 3. Documentation and Reporting:
    Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, solutions, and troubleshooting guides.
    Log and track issues using a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution.
  • 4. Customer Service:
    Communicate technical information to non-technical users in a clear and concise manner.
    Build and maintain strong relationships with users to understand them needs and enhance satisfaction.
  • 5. Continuous Improvement:
    Identify recurring issues and recommend solutions or process improvements.
    Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices.
