- Experience in stationery, FMCG, consumer products, office supplies, or related industries preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to travel extensively across North India.
- Good knowledge of institutional business development and distributor management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of handling independent regional responsibilities.
Key Requirments

Develop and grow institutional sales business across North India.

Identify and onboard new institutional clients including corporates, schools, colleges, universities, government departments, PSUs, and large organizations.

Maintain strong relationships with existing institutional customers and channel partners.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets assigned by the management.

Conduct regular market visits and business development activities across the region.

Coordinate with distributors and dealers for institutional order execution and support.

Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial negotiations with clients.

Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy receivables.

Track competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.

Collaborate with internal departments such as supply chain, marketing, and finance for smooth order processing and execution.

Represent the company in exhibitions, institutional meetings, and business events when required

Submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and business forecasts to management.
