About the Job
Person should oversee day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth functioning of all processes.
- Monitor and manage inventory, procurement, warehouse teams, and supply chain activities. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies; recommend solutions to improve workflows.
- Analyse operational data to track performance and ensure KPIs are met.
- Assist in the implementation of new systems or software to enhance efficiency. Team Coordination: Collaborate with different teams (e.g., sales, warehouse, and logistics) to ensure alignment on company objectives.
- Prepare and present regular operational reports for management review. Client & Vendor Management.
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
- Handle client queries and resolve operational issues promptly.
