• Identification of the property and location for EBOs
• Establish and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders including landlords and regulatory authorities.
• Negotiate and finalize the property procurement and reach agreement.
• Vendor procurement and management and ensure delivery within stipulated timeline.
• Preparing the store according to protocol and handing it over to the operations team.
• Will be responsible for store maintenance post store opening.
