Department: Sales Reports to: ABM / RBM Job Summary: We are looking for an ambitious and result-driven Territory Manager to will have proven expe oversee and drive stationery product sales across assigned territories. The ideal candidate is in General Trade (GT) sales, channel and distribution management, and team leadership. This role demands a strategic thinker with strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to achieve consistent sales growth and market penetration. Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Graduate (MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing preferred).
  • Experience: Minimum of relevant experience in stationery / FMCG / consumer goods sales, specifically handling GT and channel sales.
Skills: 3–4 years
  • Strong knowledge of distribution management and retail operations.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and deliver on targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.
